Anybody else think Sepp Blatter has it in for England? He's always seems to be moaning about the Premiership and the number of foreigners playing here. Also when did it become acceptable for the head of football to criticise the way a team is playing during the World Cup? Worst of all, he seemed to only target England for his criticism.
